Corporate Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead end‑to‑end corporate service operations for UAE‑based and international clients. The role involves overseeing business setup, licensing, visa processing, tax compliance and banking support while ensuring full adherence to UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete UAE company formation processes, including mainland, free zone and offshore setups.
• Handle business license applications, renewals, amendments and corporate restructuring support.
• Process residency and employment visas, Emirates ID, labour and immigration procedures.
• Coordinate with government entities such as DET, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA and free‑zone authorities.
• Oversee corporate tax registration, filing and compliance, as well as VAT registration, return filing and refunds.
• Manage FTA portal activities, audit assistance and regulatory updates.
• Support corporate bank account opening and KYC documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, track renewal deadlines and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in corporate services, preferably within a business‑setup consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing and visa procedures.
• Understanding of corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Experience working with DET, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA and free‑zone authorities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
