Course Coordinator – Fashion Management

About the role

The Istituto Marangoni is seeking a Course Coordinator for its Fashion Management area in Dubai. You will ensure that assigned BA and MA modules are delivered to the highest academic and quality standards, supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Fashion Management subjects using a student‑centered approach aligned with Istituto Marangoni’s methodology and CAA standards.
• Prepare and present teaching materials in line with programme syllabi and academic guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Programme Leader and Director of Education on course management, industry project coordination, student advising, tutor recruitment, and credential evaluation.
• Monitor and tutor students to guarantee a high‑quality learning experience.
• Contribute to the school’s academic culture through lectures, workshops, events, and cross‑school initiatives.
• Support visiting professor activities at other campuses or partner institutions when required.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: Fragrances & Cosmetics, Digital Communication & Media, Luxury Fashion Buying, Retail & Visual Merchandising, Brand Building, Business Principles, Corporate Organization, Finance.
• Ability to develop a professional curriculum vitae in accordance with local regulations.
• Interest in contributing to the school’s research strategy.
