Chef Educator – Culinary Training Specialist

About the role

The Chef Educator will join ABA Academy UAE to design and deliver high‑quality culinary training across bakery, pastry, bread, chocolate and ice‑cream disciplines. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor students and ensure training aligns with international culinary standards and emerging market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver professional courses, workshops, masterclasses and certification programs in bakery, pastry, bread, chocolate and ice‑cream.
• Provide both practical and theoretical instruction that meets academy objectives and industry standards.
• Facilitate hands‑on learning, adapting teaching methods to varied learner levels.
• Demonstrate techniques while maintaining high standards of execution, professionalism and classroom management.
• Develop and continuously improve lesson plans, assessments and educational resources.
• Assess learner progress, give feedback and support development opportunities.
• Maintain training kitchens, classrooms, equipment and ingredients for each session.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices.
• Represent the academy at events, competitions and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and academy standards.
