Customer Experience Product Lead – Commercial Cards

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Card Product Lead to drive the development, optimisation and growth of our Commercial Card portfolio across the GCC/MEA region. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post‑launch performance monitoring.
• Analyse product performance, pricing, servicing and reporting to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap with measurable business impact.
• Introduce new propositions such as virtual cards, ERP integrations and expense‑management solutions.
• Lead growth initiatives to increase GDV, active usage, customer acquisition and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Cards, Corporate Payments or Transaction Banking.
• Strong regional experience in GCC/MEA within large banks or financial institutions.
• Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organisations.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
