Relationship Officer - Mortgage

About the role

The Relationship Officer – Mortgage Sales will source, advise and close retail and commercial property finance transactions. You will work closely with UAE banks, developers, brokers and investors to deliver tailored home and commercial financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage business by building referral networks with real‑estate brokers, developers, agencies and wealth managers.
• Assess client eligibility, advise on rate structures, Islamic vs conventional products, LTV limits and refinancing options.
• Collect and verify all documentation, ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and coordinate valuations and offer letters with partner banks.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with brokers and developers, track the mortgage pipeline and cross‑sell related products such as personal loans and credit cards.
• Update the CRM daily, monitor approval ratios, disbursement timelines and participate in compliance and performance reviews.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of UAE mortgage sales experience with a proven track record of monthly disbursements.
• Strong knowledge of UAE property market, bank mortgage policies, LTV norms and both conventional and Islamic mortgage products.
• Existing network of brokers or developers is preferred.
• Experience working with UAE banks or DSA firms is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
• Financial assessment and structuring capability.
