About the role
Join Concentrix in Dubai as a Customer Service Advisor, providing bilingual support in Arabic and English to customers of leading brands across retail, finance, real estate, fashion, healthcare and more. Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat or social media.
- Assess customer requests, provide accurate information and resolve routine issues.
- Maintain high service standards and represent the client’s brand positively.
- Utilize provided software tools to log interactions and track resolutions.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and technical skills through training.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (bilingual).
- Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
- Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
