About the role
Mitrade, a global CFD and forex broker, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join its multilingual support team. You will interact with clients across web chat, phone, email and social media, helping them open, verify and fund accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with account opening, verification and funding processes.
- Provide high‑quality service via web chat (primary channel), phone, email and social media.
- Identify customer needs, propose solutions and upsell business opportunities.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve complex queries.
- Stay informed about financial markets, CFD products and Mitrade’s platform.
- Collaborate with the CS team to manage shifts, resources and feedback.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages (Spanish, German, Portuguese, Thai, Vietnamese) are a plus.
- Previous experience in the financial or fintech sector.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and customer‑service mindset.
- Professional integrity and willingness to work a 5‑day week including public holidays and shift duties.
- Open‑minded, cooperative personality with a desire for long‑term growth.
Required skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with CRM tools (preferred)
