Tele Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Executive who speaks Hindi fluently to join our UAE team. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling, engaging prospects, and converting leads into sales while delivering a professional and energetic customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit processes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi (spoken and written).
• 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales, call centre, BPO, customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
