Digital Growth & Transformation Manager

About the role

Ohana Development is looking for a Digital Growth & Transformation Manager to steer the digital evolution of its marketing ecosystem. This senior, strategic role will combine performance marketing, CRM automation, and data‑driven optimisation to boost revenue across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead transformation and automation projects, leveraging AI tools and technology to improve reporting and performance.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and programmatic platforms, meeting CPL, CPA and ROI targets.
• Oversee website UX/UI, landing‑page optimisation and A/B testing, ensuring accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Develop and run Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, lead‑nurturing flows, segmentation and lead‑scoring models.
• Craft SEO and SEM strategies, and manage organic and paid social media to strengthen brand positioning.
• Create performance dashboards and present monthly KPI reports to senior management.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a luxury real‑estate developer in the UAE.
• Proven track record of managing media budgets of AED 500K+.
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands‑on tasks.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing external agencies.
