Digital Marketing Executive (Performance & Technical)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Digital Marketing Executive to lead performance, tracking and optimisation of our ecommerce website and mobile app. The role will drive data‑driven growth through paid acquisition, analytics implementation and conversion optimisation across web and app channels. You will collaborate closely with product, tech and design teams to ensure scalable digital expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and scale performance‑driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and app acquisition platforms, optimizing ROAS, CPA, LTV and conversion funnels.
• Manage app install, re‑engagement and in‑app conversion campaigns.
• Own website and mobile app marketing from a technical perspective, configuring GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager and conversion APIs.
• Implement and validate event tracking, pixels, SDKs and server‑side tracking; monitor site speed, landing page performance and checkout drop‑offs.
• Analyse user behaviour, attribution paths and conversion funnels using GA4, Firebase and ad platforms; conduct A/B testing on landing pages, creatives and app flows.
• Build performance dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate ecommerce promotions, seasonal campaigns and app feature rollouts; work with internal teams and external vendors.

Required profile

• Arabic language proficiency (mandatory).
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in technical digital marketing or ecommerce performance marketing.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC ecommerce market is a strong advantage.
