Director, Market Access – MENA

About the role

Eutelsat Group is seeking a Director of Market Access for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. You will lead the company’s regulatory strategy, ensuring market entry, licensing and compliance for its satellite services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Eutelsat’s regulatory strategy for MENA, covering market access, licensing and compliance.
• Secure landing rights, authorizations, type approvals and frequency licences in line with ITU Radio Regulations and national frameworks.
• Drive licensing and deployment of Eutelsat earth stations and user terminals.
• Engage with national regulators, ministries and intergovernmental bodies to promote enabling policies.
• Lead negotiations to enable multi‑orbit (GEO + LEO) operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in telecommunications or satellite regulatory affairs within the MENA region.
• Deep knowledge of ITU Radio Regulations, national licensing procedures and frequency management.
• Proven ability to influence regulators, ministries and policy makers.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
