Dispute Resolution Officer – Litigation (UAE Real Estate)

About the role

Damac Group’s Legal team is seeking a Dispute Resolution Officer to manage RDC case files and provide litigation support across a high‑volume real‑estate portfolio in the UAE. The role demands precise handling of legal documentation, confidentiality, and direct interaction with the UAE court system.

Key responsibilities

• File and manage RDC cases from submission through settlement or withdrawal.
• Draft, issue and track legal notices to defaulting clients.
• Raise units for auction on significant service‑charge arrears.
• Prepare and maintain weekly case reports, including master reports, new cases, Noqodi wallet, and auction units.
• Oversee legal document registration, organization, and confidentiality.
• Maintain and update the legal case management system.

Required profile

• Native or full‑professional proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience with the UAE legal system, including RDC filings, legal notices, and court procedures.
• Strong document‑management and caseload‑organization abilities.
• High attention to detail and strict confidentiality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Knowledge of UAE court and RDC processes.
