Door Lady

About the role

The Door Lady is the first point of contact for guests entering and leaving Shangri‑La Qaryat Al Beri. You will create a warm, professional welcome, support smooth guest flow, and uphold the hotel’s 5‑star service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously on arrival and departure, leaving a positive lasting impression.
• Open doors, assist guests entering and exiting, and manage traffic flow at the main entrance.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Bell Services to support luggage handling and guest assistance.
• Monitor the entrance area to ensure cleanliness, order, and guest safety at all times.
• Provide basic directions and assistance while maintaining a polished appearance.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and guest‑service skills with a friendly attitude.
• High attention to grooming, posture, and personal presentation.
• Ability to stay calm, observant, and proactive in a high‑traffic environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Reliable, courteous, and committed to luxury service standards.
• High school certificate or equivalent; previous guest‑facing experience preferred.
