Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Guest Environment Expert) you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of all hotel areas. You will work on a full‑time basis at Le Méridien Abu Dhabi, ensuring that rooms, public spaces and guest requests are handled with the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and visual appeal of guest rooms, corridors, lobby and other public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock housekeeping carts, and ensure supplies are available.
• Follow all safety, company policies and confidentiality procedures while performing duties.
• Uphold quality standards, professional uniform appearance and clear communication with guests and team members.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical workload safely.
