Electrical Inspector

About the role

KEO is seeking an Electrical Inspector to join its Dubai team. The role involves monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on all electrical works to ensure they meet approved drawings, project specifications, international standards, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and take timely action.
• Review shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, and statutory requirements.
• Report any non‑conforming works to stakeholders for corrective action.
• Monitor quality and safety on site, including health, environmental, and risk assessments.
• Maintain daily activity records, progress photos, and ensure they are available for inspection.
• Prepare surveillance reports and non‑conformance reports (NCR) as needed.
• Ensure effective coordination between discipline‑related works and other trades.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical inspection on construction projects.
• Good knowledge of international electrical standards and relevant UAE local regulations.
• Ability to interpret and compare shop drawings with contract documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
