MEP Technician – UAE (must have UAE driving license)

About the role

The MEP Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various sites in the UAE. The role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all MEP equipment while adhering to company safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose faults and execute effective repairs.
• Install MEP equipment and components according to drawings and specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections, reporting defects or risks.
• Maintain accurate service reports and job records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on‑site.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns as required.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services (or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read basic drawings and schematics.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
