Financial Controller Manager

About the role

Huspy, a fast‑growing proptech leader in the UAE and Europe, is seeking a Financial Controller Manager to own and streamline its global finance closing, reporting and control processes. You will work closely with regional accounting teams and senior leadership to ensure accurate financial statements across multiple subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing cycles, delivering P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow reports to executives and the board.
• Oversee multi‑country consolidation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Manage regulatory, tax and Economic Substance Regulation compliance across UAE and expanding European markets.
• Act as primary liaison for external auditors, tax consultants and banking partners, driving the annual group audit.
• Evaluate, implement and optimise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) to automate workflows and reduce manual closing time.
• Monitor multi‑currency cash flows, working capital and FX risk, supporting aggressive growth targets.
• Design and enforce internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets and minimise fraud risk.
• Collaborate with FP&A and strategic analysts to analyse budget variances and provide insights to product, operations and real‑estate teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in a Group Financial Control or similar senior finance role.
• Proven experience managing international consolidation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work cross‑functionally.
