Freelance Director for Commercial & Cinema Productions (Dubai)

About the role

We are launching an in‑house production arm and need a seasoned Director to join our freelance crew in Dubai. You will shape the creative vision for commercial and cinema projects, delivering high‑end content that meets our zero‑down‑payment model – clients only pay when they are satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and visual storytelling for each production.
• Collaborate closely with talent, the Director of Photography and camera crew.
• Oversee shot composition, pacing and overall aesthetic to ensure premium quality.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in a freelance, project‑by‑project setting.

Required profile

• Proven directing experience on commercial and/or narrative projects.
• Strong creative vision and expertise in shot composition.
• Comfortable directing talent and working with DOP/camera teams.
• Familiarity with RED or ARRI cinema cameras is a plus.
• Based in Dubai (preferred).
