General Manager – E‑Commerce Fitness Apparel (Remote)

About the role

Qynda is a fast‑growing fitness apparel brand that sells primarily online. We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead and scale end‑to‑end business operations, covering e‑commerce, brand, performance marketing and supply‑chain, while driving profitable growth and strong brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L and revenue targets, develop growth strategy across GCC markets.
• Identify and launch new revenue streams such as B2B partnerships, influencer collaborations, and marketplace listings.
• Oversee website performance, UX and conversion optimisation; lead paid media across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads; improve conversion rate, ROAS and average order value.
• Define and strengthen brand positioning; lead content, influencer and social media strategy; ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling.
• Collaborate with product and merchandising on selection, pricing, inventory planning and product‑mix optimisation.
• Manage end‑to‑end operations including inventory, warehousing, fulfillment and vendor relationships; reduce stockouts and improve delivery timelines.
• Build and lead remote cross‑functional teams (marketing, creative, operations, customer support); set KPIs and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven commercial acumen with P&L ownership and experience scaling D2C/e‑commerce brands.
• Deep understanding of digital performance marketing, paid‑media funnels and analytics.
• Strong operational expertise in supply‑chain, inventory management and process optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams, make decisive decisions and drive results.
• 7–12+ years of relevant experience in e‑commerce, marketing or commercial leadership.
