About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our regional sales and business development efforts in Dubai. The role focuses on driving growth for D Prime’s multi‑asset CFD trading platform across global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a high‑value client portfolio, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor and lead a team of Business Development Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement forward‑looking sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and optimise lead conversion.
- Leverage analytics to refine sales processes and deliver measurable results.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably within financial services.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and building high‑performing teams.
- Strategic vision combined with hands‑on leadership abilities.
- Strong expertise in business development and client acquisition.
- Proficiency with sales tools and data‑driven decision making.
