Head of Care+ Ecosystem

About the role

We are building a trust infrastructure for device financing in emerging markets, enabling millions of customers to finance smartphones with confidence. As Head of Care+ Ecosystem you will lead the creation and scaling of a multi‑country after‑sales operation, establishing a team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the full Care+ ecosystem covering device replacement, refurbishment, anti‑fraud, service operations and lifecycle management across several African and Asian markets.
• Develop and manage device certification processes with factories, labs, ODMs and local regulators in China, Africa, SEA and LATAM.
• Build spare‑parts logistics from factory to distributor to authorized service centers and customers, ensuring cost‑effective replacement and warranty flows.
• Oversee remote management, regular audits, inspections and on‑site checks of service centers, investigating inventory leakage, fake claims and grey‑market activities.
• Recruit, onboard and lead local Service/After‑Sales Managers, creating a controllable regional structure reporting to HQ.
• Standardise operational frameworks, SOPs, audit standards and escalation procedures to guarantee consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in smartphone/consumer‑electronics certification, including work with factories, labs and ODMs.
• Deep knowledge of spare‑parts movement and after‑sales logistics in emerging markets.
• Track record of remotely managing multi‑country service operations and conducting operational audits.
• Experience hiring and managing first‑line local managers and building regional structures.
• Existing network of service or after‑sales contacts in Africa or SEA is a strong advantage.
