Head of Fundraising

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving the organisation’s fundraising agenda and spearheading its expansion into Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the executive team, the Head of Fundraising will shape strategic growth initiatives and build high‑level stakeholder relationships across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and personally deliver fundraising initiatives to meet revenue targets.
• Drive market entry and expansion in Saudi Arabia, aligning activities with Vision 2030.
• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across the GCC, with a focus on the UAE and KSA.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee overall organisational performance.

Required profile

• Commercially driven senior leader with a proven personal fundraising track record (essential).
• Experience setting up or expanding operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience reporting to boards, corporate entities, and government stakeholders.
• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a growth‑stage environment.
