IT Support Engineer – Operations Tech (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its Operations Tech team in the UAE. You will be the primary point of contact for IT equipment and infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations for fulfillment centres and logistics sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support Windows, Mac, and Linux workstations and related IT equipment.
• Manage asset inventory and coordinate with third‑party vendors and contractors.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and adhere to Amazon policies.
• Maximise equipment availability through proactive and preventive maintenance.
• Provide first‑line support to meet site KPIs and SLAs.
• Assist senior engineers and contribute to site projects and initiatives.
• Conduct end‑user equipment trials and testing.
• Work in shifts and adapt to occasional schedule changes.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer‑focus with the ability to meet service level targets.
