Laptop Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Technician to join our technical support team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading laptops for a diverse client base, ensuring devices are returned to optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops.
• Install and upgrade operating systems, drivers, and applications.
• Replace laptop components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, SSDs, and more.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and basic networking problems.
• Handle customer devices professionally and provide clear technical support.
• Maintain accurate repair records and coordinate with the service team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Additional knowledge of mobile phone repair is a plus.
