Legal Affairs Manager – FMCG (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Legal Affairs Manager to join a leading FMCG principal operating in Dubai. The role involves providing expert legal guidance to senior business leaders and ensuring that all commercial activities comply with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Prepare and review legal documentation for day‑to‑day management of operating entities.
• Advise on corporate governance, dispute resolution and other legal matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise negotiations and mitigate risk.
• Review, negotiate and finalise commercial contracts with clients, partners, suppliers and third parties.
• Liaise with government bodies to ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience shaping legal frameworks for large‑scale greenfield manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law and related legal domains.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
