Market Research Assistant (Emiratization)

About the role

We are looking for energetic and curious individuals to join our team as Market Research Assistants. This entry‑level position is ideal for high‑school graduates or recent university graduates who enjoy being on the move, meeting new people, and learning how the retail world operates across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets and stores in your emirate to assess product displays.
• Capture photos and complete simple checklists using the Shelvz mobile app.
• Record details such as product availability, placement, visibility, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Identify trends and share observations with the team.
• Assist in preparing short reports and presentations based on field findings.
• Provide feedback to improve the shopping experience for local families.

Required profile

• High School diploma or higher.
• 0–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel within your emirate for store visits.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
