Social Media Specialist – Dubai

About the role

Istituto Marangoni Dubai is seeking a creative and digitally‑savvy Social Media Specialist to strengthen its brand identity, boost visibility and engage a global community. You will shape the institute’s online voice across fashion, design and beauty education, turning editorial ideas into compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube, maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
• Manage editorial calendars and craft high‑quality captions, stories and visual assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and students to source authentic content that showcases school life, events and projects.
• Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor daily community activity, respond promptly and foster engagement.
• Track performance, produce reports, analyse results and recommend optimisation.
• Stay current with trends in social media, fashion, design, beauty and education.
• Support event coordination, capture real‑time content and assist with post‑event reporting.
• Assist with website editorial updates, including banners, news and page content.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Qualification in social media management.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong interest in fashion, beauty and design.
• Passionate about storytelling, content marketing and community building.
• Well‑organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of photo/video editing tools.
• Proficiency with Office Suite applications.
