About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join Thinkn’s growing marketing function. In this hands‑on, full‑time position you will support brand positioning, business development and market expansion across multiple regions and sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of marketing and PR campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create and manage content for presentations, website, social media, press releases and other marketing materials.
- Assist in developing brand messaging and positioning for Thinkn and its subsidiaries.
- Maintain and update company websites and social media platforms.
- Support PR activities including media outreach and press coordination.
- Produce marketing collateral, proposals and case studies to aid business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistent messaging.
- Track, report and analyse marketing performance, recommending improvements.
- Conduct market research on trends, opportunities and competitor activity.
- Assist with events, partnerships and external communications as needed.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with LinkedIn for professional marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of content‑management system (CMS) tools.
