Multi-Property Marketing Manager

About the role

The Multi-Property Marketing Manager will join the Ritz‑Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Al Wadi Desert team to design and execute property‑level communications that drive brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will work closely with operations, food & beverage and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns across traditional, digital and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in line with budget and brand guidelines.
• Partner with F&B, operations and sales to create promotions that generate incremental hotel revenue.
• Act as liaison with external advertising agencies for creative and media planning, especially for food‑and‑beverage campaigns.
• Coordinate with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure digital and social initiatives are fully integrated.
• Support public‑relations activities and contribute to the hotel’s overall sales and revenue strategy.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to measure campaign performance.
