Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to join our Dubai team. The consultant will translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions, customize Dynamics 365, and drive user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and produce functional specifications.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, JavaScript, plugins and workflows.
• Collaborate with partners and DevOps teams to manage application lifecycle, backups, disaster recovery, security and compliance.
• Provide L1 support, escalate complex issues and deliver training and documentation to end‑users.
• Develop reports with Power BI and built‑in D365 tools, and support PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience liaising with third‑party vendors for integration and support.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business, technical and partner teams.

Required skills

• Dynamics 365 customization and extension.
• Power Platform – Power Apps and Power Automate.
• JavaScript, Dynamics 365 plugins and workflows.
