Multiple Front & Back of House Positions – Café Team

About the role

Joud Coffee is expanding its presence across the UAE and is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its café teams. Opportunities are available in both front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (BOH) areas, ranging from supervisory positions to entry‑level service and kitchen roles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, take orders accurately and maintain outlet cleanliness (FOH).
• Supervise daily outlet operations, ensure staff grooming, coordinate shifts and support training (Supervisor).
• Prepare food according to recipes, uphold food quality, follow hygiene and safety standards (BOH).
• Maintain kitchen equipment, assist with inventory control, receive deliveries and minimise waste.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and support team members during peak periods.
