Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead our Network Operations Center in Dubai on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. The role involves overseeing service delivery, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 20+ member NOC team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and optimal utilization.
• Handle escalation and SLA management, providing regular service business review sessions.
• Report on ticket trends, response times, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement recommendations to improve service delivery and operational processes.
• Oversee administration functions including budgeting, recruiting, and performance management.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience running a Network Operations Center or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with client senior management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Required skills

• ITIL Expert certification.
• ITIL Practitioner certification (ILC Service Operations).
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
