Retail Sales Associate – Showroom

About the role

RAK Ceramics is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join its showroom team in the UAE. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through a personalized, solution‑based buying experience and helping them envision how our ceramic and porcelain products can transform their spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits and design possibilities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow‑up activities using CRM systems.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve service.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, cash handling, safety and security standards.
• Promote upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor inventory, support visual merchandising and assist teammates as needed.
