Senior Analyst, Transformation & Business Excellence

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Transformation & Business Excellence will lead the Business Excellence function, fostering a culture of disciplined process management and data‑driven decision making across the organization. You will design, implement and monitor excellence frameworks that align with corporate strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out the Business Excellence Framework and standards across all sites.
• Manage the full lifecycle of improvement projects, from identification to execution and assessment.
• Coach and mentor teams on excellence tools, acting as a change agent for complex problem solving.
• Monitor compliance with excellence standards and benchmark performance against local and international peers.
• Support quality management initiatives, including process documentation, stakeholder satisfaction measurement, and continuous improvement reporting.
• Prepare reports, presentations and analytical summaries for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading business transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
