Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join a Dubai‑based investment holding company. The successful candidate will provide high‑level legal advice across a range of corporate matters, ensuring compliance and protecting the organization’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, structuring, and post‑transaction integration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with international law firms on cross‑border transactions and regulatory matters.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to various business units within the holding company.
• Monitor changes in local and international law that may affect the business.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer from a Common Law jurisdiction.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven experience advising on M&A transactions.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial contract matters.
• Background working with an international law firm and local market experience.
