Senior Quality Assurance Associate

About the role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Associate at noon, you will ensure that every garment leaving the facility meets the high quality standards expected by customers. You will own the final QA stage, handling inspections, reconciliation, and driving improvements with partner facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead final quality inspections for all processed garments before dispatch.
• Oversee item‑level reconciliation against OMS records and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Act as primary contact with partner facilities, coordinating rework, corrections, and quality alignment.
• Identify recurring quality issues, analyse root causes and propose scalable process improvements.
• Approve orders for dispatch and ensure SLA adherence across QA workflows.
• Investigate damaged, missing or non‑compliant items and provide clear recommendations.
• Maintain daily QA performance reports, highlighting trends and improvement areas.
• Support training and upskilling of junior QA team members when needed.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in quality control, garment care, or laundry operations, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors or partner facilities.
• Confidence handling escalations and making independent decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with operational systems.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and uphold quality standards.
