Service Coordinator – ELV (Real Estate)

About the role

The Service Coordinator will ensure smooth service operations for the AMC Services Team in Dubai, acting as the central hub for planning, scheduling, and tracking preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service while meeting SLA commitments and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule PPM activities according to the annual maintenance plan.
• Receive, log, and dispatch service requests via the Manage Engine portal, ensuring timely engineer deployment.
• Monitor daily service activities to minimise disruption to client operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal operations.
• Track work progress, update service records, and close requests within agreed SLA timeframes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, technical reports, and compliance records.
• Escalate high‑priority or unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
• Coordinate material availability with procurement and subcontractors for scheduled and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working in a service‑oriented environment, preferably within real‑estate or facilities management.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• ADMCC technical documentation knowledge.
• Proficiency with Manage Engine portal for service request handling.
