Team Leader – Property Handover

About the role

The Team Leader – Property Handover will oversee the end‑to‑end handover process for residential units, ensuring compliance with client turnaround times, documentation standards, and billing accuracy. Reporting to senior management, the role coordinates a structured operations team of up to seven staff members and acts as the primary liaison with developers, government authorities, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property handover operations in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise a team of 2‑7 staff, including administration executives, providing training, performance monitoring and knowledge transfer.
• Collect and validate data from developers, update technical and non‑technical checklists, and ensure timely submissions to authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Review project dashboards and management reports, delivering weekly updates to senior management.
• Maintain high service standards, meet client‑specific turnaround times, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Coordinate external training opportunities and support new joiners in acquiring practical skills.
• Monitor internal and external communications to guarantee consistent and professional stakeholder engagement.
