Site Architect – Hospital Interiors (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Architect to join a growing team in Dubai, focusing on the execution of hospital interior projects. This on‑site role ensures that active healthcare fit‑out works meet quality, compliance, and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee interior architectural works on active hospital projects.
• Manage shop drawings, RFIs, inspections, change orders, and site supervision.
• Coordinate material selection and medical equipment integration.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai authorities, healthcare guidelines, and construction standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years total experience, with at least 8–10 years on healthcare/hospital projects.
• At least 10 years of experience working in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge of hospital fit‑outs, interior detailing, and equipment coordination.
• Proven site‑execution experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai regulatory and construction standards.
