About the role

Join the Kitchen Team at Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City as a Steward. You will be the backbone of the culinary operation, ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils while maintaining a spotless kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a continuous supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and other kitchen items for all hotel outlets.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized according to health and safety standards.
• Complete work projects and tasks assigned by the Sous Chef.
• Support the kitchen team by handling washing, sorting, and storing of kitchenware efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in stewarding or a similar kitchen support role.
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments and handle multiple priorities.
• Pro‑active, hands‑on attitude with strong personal integrity.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; able to collaborate at all departmental levels.
• Positive, open personality with a passion for the hospitality industry.
