About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers in your network, helping them improve their hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform fits into their hiring workflow and support onboarding.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral, with bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and recruitment contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Interest in recommending tools that add value to hiring teams.
