Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This flexible, commission‑only position lets you leverage your HR and recruiting network to introduce the solution to new users.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather and share feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and onboarding.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending useful tools.
