About the role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Sales Director to head a dynamic group of 10–20 real estate brokers in the UAE. The role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching the team, and expanding our market presence across Dubai and the wider UAE property sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of 10–20 brokers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Train, guide and support brokers in client acquisition, negotiation and deal closure.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline and reporting metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and developers.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Sales Director in the UAE real estate market.
- Proven experience managing real‑estate brokers.
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai/UAE property market.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to train, motivate and support a high‑performing sales team.
