About the role
The Business Development Manager – Channel Sales will expand and activate ARADA’s broker network by onboarding high‑quality real estate agencies and driving sales through these partnerships. You will build strong relationships, enable agency performance, and maximise conversion through structured engagement and market‑driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of local and international real estate agencies to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to activate channel partners and increase productivity.
- Build strong relationships with brokers, agency owners, and sales teams to ensure consistent engagement.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions on ARADA projects, value propositions, and market positioning.
- Drive lead generation and deal conversion through channel partners.
- Organise and support broker events, roadshows, open houses, and international activations.
- Monitor partner performance through KPIs and ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of agency relationships, deals, and pipeline using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns targeting broker networks.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to position ARADA effectively.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in real estate channel sales or business development, preferably in the UAE.
- Proven track record in agency acquisition and broker network management.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and broker ecosystem.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
