Training and Capacity Building Lead

About the role

The Training and Capacity Building Lead will head the design, execution and operational delivery of all learning programmes at New Economy Academy (NEA) in the UAE. Reporting to the CEO, you will transform strategic initiatives into high‑quality training experiences across entrepreneurship, financial literacy, new‑economy skills and government capacity‑building.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of NEA’s training and capacity‑building programmes, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Oversee operational planning including schedules, venues, LMS coordination, trainer engagement, logistics, assessments, certifications and participant management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, execution frameworks and operational workflows to guarantee consistent quality.
• Manage the full training operations cycle from participant onboarding to post‑programme reporting and closure.
• Supervise training coordinators, program coordinators and operational support staff, ensuring high participant experience.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA and other accreditation or regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary liaison with government entities, corporate clients, universities, trainers and strategic partners, coordinating with Strategy & Business Development for smooth hand‑over.
• Participate in client meetings, kick‑off sessions and programme review meetings as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale training or capacity‑building programmes.
• Strong operational leadership and project execution capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners.
• Experience supervising teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage several programmes simultaneously while maintaining quality.
