Warehouse Logistics Manager – Fleet & Distribution Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead fleet operations, warehouse coordination, and distribution activities. The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise fleet performance, warehouse efficiency and logistics operations.
• Manage end‑to‑end fleet activities including vehicle procurement, maintenance, fuel management, utilisation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of fleet supervisors, logistics coordinators, warehouse staff and distribution personnel.
• Coordinate with procurement, transportation and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse logistics data and drive cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and transportation regulations.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, transport partners and service providers.
• Implement technology solutions for fleet tracking, route optimisation, inventory management and reporting.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, operational reviews and budget forecasts for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fleet or supply‑chain operations.
• Proven leadership of large, cross‑functional teams.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise logistics processes, fleet utilisation and warehouse efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of distribution planning, transportation and inventory coordination.
• Experience handling operational KPIs, reporting and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.
• Proactive, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
