A320 Captain – Abu Dhabi Position

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced Airbus A320 Captain to join its Abu Dhabi fleet. The successful candidate will command A320 aircraft on international and regional routes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency and passenger service.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full command of the aircraft from taxi‑out to engine shutdown.
• Lead the flight and cabin crew, applying crew‑resource‑management principles.
• Maintain compliance with Etihad’s operational, fuel‑efficiency and sustainability policies.
• Deliver on‑time performance and uphold the airline’s safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5,500 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 hours on type.
• Valid Airbus A320 type rating and captain’s licence.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities in a multi‑crew environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work in a multicultural setting.
