AC / HVAC Technician – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AC/HVAC Technician to join our growing specialist team in Dubai. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing a variety of air‑conditioning systems for high‑end residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and repair split, ducted split, package and VRF/VRV air‑conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct refrigerant charging, leak testing and system commissioning.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Travel to residential and commercial sites across Dubai as required.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
• Good knowledge of VRF/VRV and DX systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
