AC & Refrigeration Technician

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AC & Refrigeration Technician to join our engineering team in Dubai. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems across our commercial and residential properties, ensuring optimal performance, safety and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to manufacturer specifications and UAE regulations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximise efficiency and equipment lifespan.
• Conduct pressure testing, leak detection and refrigerant recovery in line with environmental requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service calls, providing timely solutions to minimise downtime.
• Monitor engineering equipment during shifts, report abnormalities and carry out daily inspections.
• Work independently during assigned shifts, handling all shift‑related engineering activities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a shift team.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to adhere to local environmental and regulatory guidelines.
