About the role
We are seeking academic staff to join our Dubai campus on a full‑time and adjunct basis. The position involves teaching both postgraduate and undergraduate programmes in Financial Accounting and Critical Thinking.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality lectures and tutorials in the assigned disciplines.
- Develop and update curriculum content in line with industry standards.
- Engage in applied management research and consultancy projects.
- Participate in accreditation processes and related quality‑assurance activities.
- Mentor students and contribute to their academic and professional development.
Required profile
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the higher‑education level.
- Strong research or consultancy background in applied management practices.
- Experience in curriculum development and accreditation management is an advantage.
- Open to candidates of all nationalities.
